Montgomery AL Real Estate: A Buyer’s Market, But ONLY If You Buy!
Montgomery AL has truly become a buyer’s market. It’s a great opportunity for a homebuyer to start looking for a potentially interesting home in the area — that is, only if you do buy.
There is a strong evidence on the balanced number of decreasing homes on the market. It shows that the Montgomery buyers’ market is quickly recovering. Last year, in March, there are 2,720 new listings but this year, during the same month there are only 2,491. This clearly shows a decrease of 229 listings or over 10%.
The highest number of listing was during the month of October last year, but since then, there is a steady decline in the inventories. There are only 3,628 left now. By the time the total number returns to 2,800 sale point, Montgomery market will have once gain achieved a balance of supply and demand.
